Lease-Maintenance Programs afford you the opportunity to enhance your exterior landscape without up-front costs of plant and container purchases. Costs are amortized over three years and include a regular program of watering, pruning, fertilization and diagnosis and treatment of plant pests through an Integrated Pest Management Program (IPM). Seasonal color is included in most exterior landscape relationships.

Maintenance Programs include maintenance of existing landscapes or maintenance of Premier installed projects. Horticultural maintenance service is performed by uniformed trained personnel with supervisory staff visiting regularly.

Seasonal Flower Programs - A wide variety of blooming plants are used throughout the year designed with your site in mind. Flowering plants and trees are custom grown by Bell Nursery at their state of the art growing facility located in Burtonsville, MD.

Design Services are provided by our professional design staff. Artist renderings, as well as digital imaging are available to bring your landscape into focus. There may be charge for more than basic services if we are not working on a design/build basis.

Installations are performed by our experienced personnel and can be performed outside of normal business hours if needed to reduce the amount of disturbance to your building tenants and guests.
