The principals of Premier Plantscapes (Mike McCarthy & Gary Mangum), have been involved in all aspects of the interior and specialty exterior plantscaping for over thirty years. The company's mission is clear: "To create an inviting environment through the creative use of foliage and flowering plant materials, where your clients or guests will notice and appreciate your commitment to improving the environment in which they do business". As the company has grown, key industry veterans have joined the staff of this unique firm. The Premier Team fully understands the meaning of the message, "We're only as good as our last service visit.", "Each and every client interaction offers us the opportunity to exceed expectations." When combined with the company's mission statement - we have our reason for being and our recipe for success. Although a relatively young business, Premier is listed in the Interiorscape Top 25, a national ranking based on yearly revenues.
A full time staff of 75 are available to take care of every opportunity that may arise. Sister company, Bell Nursery, provides additional resources as needed. As seasonal needs peak in October through December, nearly thirty Bell employees are moved into Holiday production for Premier, so our normal service requirements are not negatively impacted. In addition, because this is a regularly planned occurrence, we have been able to create a personal display team with substantial experience. By utilizing our own cross-trained resources, we are able to eliminate the need for short-term temporary labor that is not familiar with the work being performed. The end result, Holiday decorations that continue to set the standard for the Washington Metropolitan area. Premier Plantscapes caters to those who require the highest standards for interior and specialty exterior landscaping and holiday decor services. Our service area encompasses Maryland, Northern Virginia, and the District of Columbia. With our fleet of company owned vehicles and over 50 service technicians, Premier Plantscapes is never more than a few minutes from your location. In many cases, should the need arise, Premier Plantscapes can respond to service inquires in minutes. Premier Plantscapes utilizes the latest state of the art direct communication system that enables technicians to be dispatched to your location promptly.
Our client base consists of many of the areas four and five star hotel properties, along with a large base of class A properties. Our range of services are provided to the premier Hospitality, Property Management, Corporate Facility, Retail, Government Agencies and individual building tenants clients in the area. Production: Premier offices and acclimatization greenhouses are located in Burtonsville, Maryland (just north of Silver Spring). Clients or prospective clients are welcome to visit at any time. With the investment in the greenhouse acclimatization facility, Premier is able to respond to most installation or other special opportunities with very little notice. Replacement plant material is always available as it becomes necessary.
The company offers Lease-Maintenance or Purchase- Maintenance programs for your consideration. Eighty percent of Premier clients have chosen to Lease their plant program, typically with a multiple year commitment.
